FAIRFIELD- On Oct. 7, 2025, Solano Community College administrators came together for Faculty Development Day at the College, dedicated to learning how to be a better Professor and experience what is happening between their Administration and what needs work on campus. During the Development Day, faculty broke out into different groups focused on specific areas for improvement. These topic-specific sessions that were held include two Puente Sessions, a session on Solano to Montgomery, Counseling with Corazon Heart Practices, and Collegial Constitution and Health Communication shared by Superintendent Dr. Kellie Butler, and Academic Senate Joshua Scott
