Hello!

My name is Makenna Reese, I am one of two lovely head editors for the Solano Pulse! I started my journalism career when I was in my junior year of high school when the program had started up from scratch at Rodriguez Highschool. From there, I took on a head editor position in my senior year and finally decided to pursue Journalism as my career! This leads me to the current, with me now helping form the newest newspaper for Solano Community College!

My hobbies include art such as painting and drawing, playing video games (think Half Life or Ultrakill), and listening to music (Artists like My Chemical Romance, Neutral Milk Hotel, and Mitski!).

Ultimately, my goal is to serve the people and the news industry, so please follow along as we develop our newspaper!
