Hello everyone, 

My name is Cindy Giselle Jimenez and I’am one of the editors in chief for The Solano Pulse news website. I’m a first generation latina student currently striving for a journalism and communication associates degree. Hoping to become a news writer/reporter in the future.

My love for writing has always been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember. Poetry is my strongest suit and what I enjoy writing the most.
I would love to include my art and vision into my writing  while still following the journalistic format.

Besides writing, I also enjoy playing tennis and skateboarding. Along with my “passion for fashion” and interest for musical inspired movies. Wicked is currently my favorite musical I can’t get enough it . I’ve watched it in theaters 3 times and have the music track downloaded.

Moreover my wicked obsession, my favorite pass time is attending concerts . I will always and forever say yes to a concert any chance that I get. My all time favorite concert that I have been to so far is the Olivia Rodrigo concert. I’m a big fan of hers, due to her music and artistic style. Music is my life as cliche as that sounds, it’s true (lol) . It helps me with my writing and channels in my inner emotions to write my best work. While still having fun along the way. :)
