Solano College had its 2nd Annual Halloween Contest, hosted by Erin Duane, Librarian, LR10 instructor, and Halloween lover.
The four categories include Best Retro and to the Most Creative. The event lasted for an hour According to Duane “judging was about 15-20 mins.”
From Duane hosting the event it was “so fun” since last year was canceled due to a water pipe burst that led to the closure of the event. Each time it was run by Duane she has learned what needs to be adjusted towards the event “so it can run spectacularly, and be fun for everyone to participate in.” Overall she thinks it was a gathering for the students to have a good time, mainly everyone brought their “A game” and she loved their creativity and good vibes” Duane stated.
